Shipping fees and tax are covered by Luckeep and will be completed by FedEx throughout the United States. Once the order is shipped, a shipment confirmation email and shipment tracking will be sent to your email address. ( We DO NOT ship to PO BOXES or APO.) It may take 2-5 days to deliver.

We offer a 30-day trial period for all our brand new Ebike products. If you're not satisfied with the product, Luckeep's return policy allows you to return it within 30 days of receipt. However, to qualify for this, your product must be free of wear, dirt, and the mileage on the odometer should be less than 10 miles.

All Luckeep ebikes are included in the 2-year all-inclusive warranty provided by our manufacturer for the original owner in case of all manufacturing defects. The warranty service does not include free accessories and batteries). After the initial owner receives the product, he begins to enjoy a 2-year warranty period.

Email Confirmation:

A shipping confirmation email will be sent to the email address attached to your order once the order has shipped. Please note that for any third-party shipping outside of Luckeep’s normal shipping process, Luckeep cannot provide any additional shipping information or documentation.

Shipping Costs and Lithium-Ion Batteries:

We offer free shipping on purchases of $100 or more to addresses in the 48 continental United States, including complete bicycles. Shipping to destinations outside the 48 continental United States is based on package weight and size. Due to shipping carrier regulations regarding high-capacity lithium-ion batteries, we cannot ship e-bikes or e-bike batteries outside of the 48 continental United States.

Addresses to Which We Ship:

We ship to addresses in the 48 continental U.S. states. Due to shipping carrier regulations around high-capacity lithium-ion batteries, we cannot ship e-bikes or e-bike components, including but not limited to batteries, displays, and controllers, outside of the 48 continental United States.

Shipping Carriers:

Luckeep ships using FedEx and USPS, based on the size/weight of your order and your delivery address. We’ll ship your order in a single box whenever possible, but occasionally we’ll need to send multiple shipments, for example, if you’ve ordered several large or bulky items.

Signature Required for Battery Shipments:

While bike shipments do not require a signature, by law a signature is required in order to receive the shipment of an individual battery.

No Responsibility for Loss, Theft, or Damage:

Please note we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items due to the actions or inactions of FedEx or any other parcel service.

Address Changes:

We do not change addresses on any order. If you have made a mistake, the order will need to be canceled, refused, or returned to sender. Once we receive the item or items back, we will refund you within 3-5 business days.

Current Processing Times:

Refused Shipments/Return to Sender – Flat Fee:

If you refuse delivery of an order that you asked us to ship to you, we reserve the right to charge a flat fee of $250 per e-bike to partially cover our shipping costs. We cannot change, intercept, or cancel orders that have already shipped. If you refuse delivery, we will treat your order as a return if it arrives back to us and issue a refund for the purchase price via your original payment method, less $250. Please notify Luckeep of any shipment refusal to avoid significant delays in receiving your refund for any refused items.

Missing Items:

If you have not received something you ordered from Luckeep within 30 days from the delivery date, we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible. If you do not reach out to us within 30 days of placing the order, we will assume that you have received all of your items and will not keep a record of the shipping information. To ensure that we can assist you effectively, please provide us with your order number and any other relevant information when contacting us.

Our customer service team will investigate the matter promptly and take appropriate action. If we determine that the item was not shipped, we will send a new order to you as soon as possible with the missing item. If the item is out of stock, we will issue a full refund for the item(s) in question.
